Refund Eligibility
01. Technical Issues
In the event of technical issues leading to duplicate payments, a full refund (without any deduction) will be provided for the second payment.
02. Express / Fast-Track Application
A full refund of the express fees (without any deduction) will be processed if HelloVerify is unable to meet the express turnaround time.
03. Issuing Authority Fees
While we strive to only collect the exact Issuing Authority(IA) fees required, occasional discrepancies may occur. If, for any reason, we collect an excess amount exceeding $5 in Issuing Authority(IA) fees that are not passed on to the Issuing Authority, a full refund for that excess amount will be issued to the applicant.
Not Eligible for Refund
01. Cancellation Request
Once a case is selected we cannot issue a refund. You can request to cancel/stop by emailing us @ scfhs@helloverifyksa.com.
02. Single Document as Part of Package Payment
Package prices are a fixed cost irrespective of the number of documents submitted by the applicant. As such, no refund is applicable for packages.
03. Stop / Remove / Change a Document
Requests to stop, remove, or amend any document submitted at the time of application is received will not be eligible for a refund.
04. Premium Services
No refunds will be processed for applications/cases under gold assistance and walk in assistance once a service has been purchased.
05. Unable to Verify Case Status
No refund of verification fees will be processed if an application/case is closed as unable to verify.
06. Discrepancy Case Status
No refund will be processed if an application/case is closed as a discrepancy.
07. Application Rejection
In the event that regulators or government ministries reject the application for licensing or equivalency, regardless of the HelloVerify report's status or the cause of the rejection.
08. Other Scenarios
All other scenarios not specifically noted in the "Refund Eligibility" section are by default not eligible for refunds.
*Administration fees represent charges and efforts undertaken by HelloVerify and its employees up until the point of refund.
